I'm a results-driven integrated marketer with expertise in bringing together traditional and digital marketing solutions. My career spans multiple agencies and geographies, domestic and international, across blue-chip client brands such as Allstate, Citi, Dell, FedEx, Honda, Mastercard, Heineken, IBM, Kellogg’s, Kraft, NFL, Nissan, several Novo Nordisk Rx brands, several P&G CPG brands, Rémy Martin, Sprint, TD Bank, Unilever, U.S. Census Bureau, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, U.S. Marines, and Wendy’s.
Most recently I was Executive Director at VMLY&R, leading Client Engagement and Delivery for the DC office and for the VMLY&R Government Practice, dividing my time between the New York and Washington DC offices of VMLY&R. I was the client engagement leader on the $650 million, 49-language, U.S. Census Bureau account, overseeing paid media, creative, public relations, social media, and email marketing. I led teams in DC and NYC, overseeing and working with 14 subcontractor agencies. I also oversaw the U.S. Health and Human Services business, another highly complex multi-agency relationship seeking to drive public acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine as well as other related messaging themes. In addition, I conceived and launched the Accessibility Practice at VMLY&R.
Before joining VMLY&R in 2018, I was Managing Director for U.S. Hispanic, Latin America, and Caribbean at iCrossing in NY, a full-service global digital agency, helping develop new agency offerings and drive business development. Prior to iCrossing, I was COO of Wilson RMS + GearDigital, sister CRM and digital agencies in NY and Columbus OH, leading client engagement, delivery, creative, development, and production. Before then, I was COO of Captura Group, a digital, content, and social marketing agency based in San Diego, where I was responsible for agency operations as well as establishing a NY office.
Prior to that, at independent agency The Vidal Partnership (TVP), I built direct and digital marketing into recognized industry leadership as Managing Partner, Direct + Digital, after which I transitioned to leading business development and agency operations. Before joining TVP, I held management positions at Orcí, Wunderman/Young & Rubicam (where I created the digital marketing operation at Wunderman Miami), J. Walter Thompson, Leo Burnett, and client-side at AT&T.
I have been recognized by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) with an Interactive Advertising Pioneer award and named a Media All Star - Digital by Adweek. I’ve been quoted in the trade press multiple times and published over a dozen articles in Ad Age. I’ve served as a judge and presenter/speaker at multiple marketing industry events, awards competitions, and conferences.
